Preparations

1) Connect the suction hose, the overflow hose, the high pressure hose and the universal nozzle, as illustated in Fig.1

Especially the suction hose, the high pressure hose and the nozzle must be fastened tightly together With gaskets, not permit water leakage from each joint.

2) Loosen the pressure adjusting screw. This is to prevent immediate pressure rise after start of the pump.

3) Put the suction hose with stariner and the overflow hose in a water tank (any vessel acceptable).(See Fig.1)

4) Keep the water tank clean.

5)Connect the power cord to power connector,(Pilot lamp lights to indcate"current ready".)

Operation

1) After checking that the adjusting screw mentioned in (1-2) is loosened, switch on to start operation

2) Make sure that water flows back to the water tank through the overflow hose.

3) In the case where no water flows back to the water tank, follow the instructions of the caution Sticker on the motor.

4) Avoid idle running of the pump. (Do not operate the pump, when no water flows back through the overflow hose.

5) Don`t access this washer to a washing or spraying location.

 

Starting operation

1) Close the nozzle cock which is connected to the end of the high pressure hose and set up the required discharge pressure by turning the adjusting screw clockwise.

2) Release (open) the nozzle cock. Water is jetted from the nozzle for washing or spraying

3) The injection angle of and stop angle of the universal nozzle are shown. The injection Angle of the nozzle is freely adjustable.

Trouble shooting

Trouble Possible Cause Method
1) No water sucked. a) Insufficient tightening torque for suction hose or gasket missing
b) Suction/delivery valves sticking
c) Pressure applied to cylinder inside owing to idle running.
d) Dust stuck to strainer
a) Fit packing and tighten suction hose.
b) Follow the instructions of caution sticker on motor.
c) Disconnect the high pressure hose and purge extra air. Wait water outflow through delivery nipple.
d) Wsah the strainer in clean water or
2) No pressure rise low jet pressure a) Pressure control valve malfunction.
b) No water flows back through overflow hose.
c) Nozzle hole clogged with dust.
a) Overhaul and inspect. Replace valve and valve seat if damaged.
b) Replace nozzle tip because nozzle hole is eroded abnormally
c) Remove dusst.
3) Pressure fluctuates.(Suction hose,high pressure hose,etc, vibrate severely.) a) Air sucked.
b) Valve or valve seat damaged or choked up with dust.
c) Regulating valve and valve seat choked up with dust or damaged.
a) Rc-fasten suction hose tight.(Check it for with or without gasket.)
b) Inspect and clean suction and delivery valves or replace them.
c) Clean or replace them.
4) Pressure drop on midway and rise fail.Hose vibration. a) No water sucked.(Dust stuck to strainer.)
b) Pressure control valve malfunction.
a) Clean strainer.
b) Disasemble and clean.
5) Motor fails to start. a) Improper wiring connection
b) Pilot lamp fails to light.
c) Defective connector.
d) Too high pressure.
a) Cleck wiring connection to switch, power outlet, etc.
b) Check connections and electric bulb.
c) Replace connector.
d) Loosen adjusting screw.
