Place the pipe to be welded in the frame slip, so that the length of both ends is equal (as short as possible without affecting the milling and heating),which can be improved by adjusting the straightness and the elastic slip of the pipe; the gap between the two ends of the pipe should not exceed 10% of the wall thickness, otherwise it should be milled again until the above requirements are met.
